Brian D. Belmont, LL.B. - is a prominent and experienced lawyer practicing in and around the Greater Toronto Area. Together with Lorne Fine, Brian is one of two senior partners and founders of Belmont Fine & Associates, Barristers & Solicitors.

Brian practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, estates litigation and business law. The majority of Brian's clients are entrepreneurs. Lorne J. Fine B.A., LL.B. - is a well known family law lawyer in Toronto. He practices only family /Divorce law. Lorne graduated from York University with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in History. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1990 and was called to the Bar in 1992.

In addition, Lorne has furthered his law studies in Oxford, England and has obtained a further Certificate in the field of negotiation. Lorne has also recently been certified in Collaborative Family Law and is a member of the Collaborative Practice Toronto. After articling with Minden, Gross, Grafstein & Greenstein, Lorne established his law practice. Shortly thereafter, Lorne and his long time friend and associate, Brian Belmont, established Belmont, Fine & Associates - Barristers & Solicitors.

Lorne has been interviewed about important family law events on several occasions, including appearing on Global televison and CHCH television. He is also a member of numerous community organizations. Lorne has provided effective representation for men and women throughout Ontario, the United States, England, and the Caribbean.
